The story
Her night, and then her day.
- 11:30 pm
You fall asleep fine. He is already snoring. You barely notice.
- 3:07 am
The deep sleep is spent. Now every snore lands. An ambulance. The neighbour's dog. You are awake, already writing today's list in your head.
- 7:00 am
The alarm. You feel like you slept four hours, because you did.
- 2:30 pm
You need a nap, but the day is full. By now the whole day is bent out of shape.
- Tonight
Soft silicone, 24 decibels quieter. The snore becomes a murmur. Three o'clock passes and you never meet it.
